Every design is handcrafted in Colombia and South America, where our partner brands work closely with skilled artisans, single mothers, and communities that have preserved their craft for generations. Each purchase helps create sustainable jobs, provide income for families, and keep these rich traditions alive.

Founded in 2017 by Andrea Zambrano (Colombian) and Brian Dixon (American), our story began with love—and a longing for the vibrant, high-quality fashion of Andrea’s homeland. After moving to Salt Lake City, Andrea set out to share the elegance, craftsmanship, and joy of Colombian design with the United States.

Today, The Colombian Marketplace proudly operates a shared retail space in downtown Salt Lake City, making us the only women-owned, Latina-owned resort-wear boutique in Utah.
